AGTech Holdings Limited, a provider of lottery and integrated technology services, has announced that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries has won multiple lottery terminal procurement tenders in mainland China. ?
According to its website announcement, the successful bids will see AGTech supplying lottery terminals to the Sports Lottery Administration Centres in the provinces of Shaanxi, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu.
Commitment to the Chinese lottery market?
The board of directors of AGTech highlighted that this achievement underscores the company’s strong commitment to the lottery hardware market in China. “This demonstrates the Group’s continued industry-leading position and commitment in the lottery hardware market in the PRC,” the statement reads.
AGTech has been a prominent player in the lottery industry, providing a wide range of services including the development and provision of lottery hardware and software, lottery systems and game design, and the supply of lottery terminals with a focus on Mainland China and Macau. The company is also a member of the Alibaba Group, the Group is the exclusive lottery platform of Alibaba Group and Ant Group.?
Financial success and market presence?
In its latest financial report, AGTech Holdings shared that its revenue for the 15-month period amounted to HKD766.6 million (€90.2 million), representing an increase of 118 percent over the past year. It added that revenue contributions were mainly derived from the provision of electronic payment and related services in Macau of approximately HKD455 million (€52.35 million) and lottery and related business of approximately HKD311 million (€36.6 million).?
Moreover, the company also recently secured lottery hardware supply contracts in various Chinese provinces, such as Anhui, Guizhou, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, and Guangdong.

AGTech Holdings continues to solidify its position as a key player in the lottery technology and services sector. The recent wins in Shaanxi, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu are part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its footprint and enhance its service offerings in mainland China.
